He just bought a brand new HD camera. He's got a lot of energy. He's definitely going places in this world. Working with him is very pleasant because as a director and filmmaker, he's very open for suggestions. He's not like the regular kind of directors I've worked with who totally shut down whatever the actors have to say. Some directors feel insulted if an actor has a suggestion and the suggestion might be really, really good but the director for some reason doesn't want to hear anything else. They have a picture painted in their brain but Mr. Barbaro will listen to your suggestion if you have a creative idea and if he likes the idea, he'll use it and incorporate it into his movie and then he'll come to you and say, that was a great idea. You are an amazing actor. You are very creative. I want you on my team.<br> <br> His videos have very good storylines. Very easy to follow the theme. The visual and the sound and the way he does his stuff is real professional. He went to film school and now he's working with A/E. The guy's got talent.<br> <br> He selects some really talented actors for his projects. He's very selective about the people he chooses. He always has a script for the actors to follow but he also likes to do a bit of improvisation. He likes to let people do their own little interpretation of the script which is really good because the words can flow much more easily out of your mouth as an actor then if you have to read something off the paper and say it word for word. It can be more believable when you do improvisation because if you're from the streets and you got a lot of common sense, you can really pull it off much better if you use your improvisation skills. He allows people to bring out their natural ability and talent.
